On the move

Dear Victoria,
I miss you so much! We haven’t seen each other for ages. Now, as I have few free minutes I want to write you about my life and life of my family.
Now in 21st century we can allow everything we want. We can go to a vacation any time you want; all you need is to book a ticket, package your luggage and then you will go to your dream holiday. Moreover, the length of your trip can as long as you want and you can spend a holiday  all over the place. And when you look out the window you can see stunning and thriving city with lots of luxury hotels, unique streets. You have opportunity to go wandering either in the open air or in the buildings.
Now try to remember the time of our childhood. Both of us were immigrants and we were forced to go away from our native country to save our lives. It was very tough time. I should left my studying at school because my father needed a help at his shop. My sisters should clean our house twice a day, wash our clothes in the cold water. We didn’t have time to laze around. Needless to say, it was really hard to accommodate to the new conditions and new neighbors, but, thanks God, there were no animosity towards us, we lived at peace with each other. There was no discrimination and all we had was a desire and faith of better life. We lived in the house which included only three rooms and the number of my family members was more then 10; we ate only that food which we could afford. I must confess, I feel nostalgia, because we had a brilliant childhood. We could ride horses, play games on a street, dancing and enjoying a community of each other in the open air. Despite the fact that it was in some way illegally (I mean our residency) it was fantastic! And now when I’m looking at my grandchildren, I do understand that spending time in front of computer or discussing different interesting themes by the telephone is not the best way of development.
I hope, you will write me a letter and tell more about your memories. Waiting for a news from you.

Yours Carmine Couco

“Revolution of dignity”

I’ve been thinking a lot about what to write in this post. After long period of ponderings I’ve decided to run a story about one the most prominent event – “Revolution of dignity” which had hitted the headlines during short period of time.
In November 2014 news about these actions had attracted attentions of many people all around the world. All news reports were about events which had started in Kyiv and swiftly sowed the panic throughout Ukraine. It had started in the 21st of November when some students of universities came to the rally against accedence of Customs union. All of us know now what have happened later. Many people, a big amount of Ukrainians (needless to say that there were people of other countries) came to the one of the biggest rally  of Ukrainian history.  Lots of blood was shed, lots of people had died, and lots of families are now without some members. It was not a drama or detective story; it was not a game show; it is better to name the horror story, horror war.
We should put enough efforts to prevent this war: help out military with food, closes and support, try to explain other people from other countries that it is not a civil war. It is a full-scale combat with a big amount of weapons, lots of tanks and even missiles. Unfortunately, there are many rumors about these events now and nobody knows exactly what is going on behind the scene. Controversial information is broadcasting among the world.
Nobody knew that it could cause inevitable result.  We can only hope that in the near future our council will negotiate a peace agreement, will restore the order in country and there will be no more loss of lives.
Thanks for attention. Hope you had liked my thoughts, my post.

P.S.  It is important not to give up now. So, let’s pray for our county, for soldiers who are protecting our country and let’s write one more wish in our notebooks: “LIVE UNDER PEACEFUL SKY IN THE INDEPENDENT COUNTRY”.

News travels fast!

Hallo my nearest and dearest! I’m sure that headlines as: ”Eva Longoria will visit Ostroh!” or “The Drama queen decided travel the Ukraine”  have attracted your attention. It is not rumors, because I did decide to visit some cities of Ukraine. One of them was Ostroh.
When I saw the Ostroh I was surprised because it is quite good city. The thing that I bear in mind was that this city has powerful history. Needless to say I will leave glowing tributes about it; one of the reasons was Ostroh Academy. Frankly speaking, at school I was not straight A student. Sometimes I’ve missed a lot of classes, I didn’t study well (the reason was some problems with family), but I had mental agility and natural talent which really helped me not to be outsider. And when I came to this adorable university I thought: “Damn, why I didn’t hear about this nice place before?” Later, I’m sure, you will read lots of news and rumors about my trip, see many exclusive photos and big amount of my in-deapth interviews  in the magazines and newspapers(because lots of journalist usually pry into lives of public people (celebrities)). What can I say? Tabloid.
Anyway, I will keep you informed during my next visits to other cities.
X.o.x.o.
Yours Eva

P.S. the rough idea of my traveling is learning history of cities of Europe because in the near future I supposed to write a book about them. Meet you in Lviv.
