Bring you a lot of benefites and good mood


   In this world there are a lot of things that usually cause our bad mood and we became angry, annoyed, stressed, miserable and exhausted. So we must fight with different influences that can cause a harmful effect four our health.   First of all, we must focus on the positive things going on around us. It’s important because our thoughts usually materialized.   Our friends and parents are that people who usually make us pleased and happy. With their support we can feel as brave as a lion and don’t be scared of problems and troubles. They usually are faithful to us and try to do the best for our happiness.
   Also, psychologies say that we must do what we really love. Only in this case we will be absolutely cheerful and content.
   Eating healthy food is one of important aspects. But don’t forget the proverb: “We are what we eat”. We should avoid fast food because it fools of different harmful substances which can cause heart diseases and obesity. If we are as sick as a dog, will we be delighted? I don’t think so.   Also, don’t regret. We all make mistakes in life – that’s part of the human condition. If you don’t make mistakes you don’t make anything. We should not forget that life is going on and there are a lot of things which we must do and try. In this case we must be as stubborn as a mule to become successful in future.
   Psychologists say that getting enough rest, also, is the important part. We need to have some time to relax and wind down. Only after it we will not feel gets down and will be full of energy and new ideas.   To conclude, remember: “To be happy, we must not be too concerned with others”.

  2. I agree with you completely. I am adamant that happiness is inflectional thing. And even being devastated or in sheer desperation you should boost your mood and mood of your friends. Happiness spreads as quickly as forest fires!

  4. It is said that in order to feel contend we have to change our altitude. I think we shouldn't get out of control even when smth seems to hit us hardly. Live and let live!
