Healthy Lifestyle

I’d like to start with a little introduction and expression of my own opinion in relation to healthy lifestyle and beneficial food. To begin with, it is my fair conviction that healthy lifestyle it is the opportunity of lifetime. It is not just exercising and healthy eating (fruits and vegetables), it is not a diet and, I think, you should make a decision whether it is important for you or not, to be active, healthy and happy. And if your answer was ‘yes’, you should consider the option that it would be quite hard.
So, you should take some advices. The first is healthy food. Before writing this post, I saw the interview with Julia Ushakowa. She is the Honored master of sports on bodybuilding. Her interview included information of profitable information for people who want to lose the weight and how to keep fit. The thing is, you should have a burning desire and big decision, otherwise, you will not achieve results. Julia mentioned that your nutrition should include proteins, minerals, vitamins and even fats and carbohydrates. It is half the battle. Also, she said that being on a strict diet ( in order to lose weight) is not a necessarily. You should eat not 2 or 3 times a day, but from 5 till 7. It should be little snacks during a day. Holding to this advice you will not be starving and fill up.  Moreover, you should cut down amount of sweets or, even more, pass up the opportunity of eating it.
Next is sport.  Regular playing sports raises a tone of muscles, speeds up work of all systems of organism, positively influences immunity, raising resistibility to infections and other diseases. Julia mentioned that your exercises should divide into 2 groups: cardio namely jogging, star jumping, fitness, and strength building that is squats, flutters, crunches, lunges and so on. In my opinion, you should be full of persistence and determination in order not to give in.
During our studying at Ostrog Academy, unfortunately, we have lack of time and, even sometimes, have no opportunity to eat twice a day, not speaking about 5 times. And, needless to say, it influences at us not in a good way. But healthy lifestyle became more and more popular for the last 10 years. People try to count calories and food with a nutritional value, but, unfortunately, it is not enough. Some people who usually ones in a while are drinking or smoking should forget about it forever. Otherwise, there are no sense to play sport.
This theme is really interesting to me and I can write about it endlessly, but it is time to have a snack.
REMEMBER, following these simple advices will help you not only lose weight. So try it and, I am sure, you will love it.
